CCEW Community Building Hybrid Event

Posted on

Join CCEW on October 18 from 1pm – 5pm Hybrid EVENT

Our third community event will begin with a panel discussion that will spotlight multi-stakeholder partnerships that have taken bold steps to promote gender equality through inclusion, diversity, equity and access solutions (IDEAS).

Following the panel, participants will be introduced to the 50 – 30 Challenge and to the What Works Tool Kit, before engaging in the #IDEAS4GE Innovation Challenge to advance the full participation of women (in all their diversity) in the workplace, in business, and in communities across Canada.

Inspired by the panel’s insights and the lived experiences of participants from diverse stakeholder groups, the #IDEAS4GE Innovation Challenge initiates collaborative solution-building to accelerate gender equality in leadership, on boards, in trades, STEM, and entrepreneurial endeavours.

Are you a representative of a business – any size and sector, an equity-deserving group, a government body at any level, an academic institution, a community or non-profit organization, labour or trade association? Do you have a commitment to promoting understanding of and valuing the important contributions made by all women to the economy and quality of life for all Canadians?

Join us on October 18; together we can build a nation that is inclusive, that values diversity, and that promotes equity and access for all women – one community at a time .
