Prior to this, Stacey was the President and CEO of Headwaters Health Care Centre, where she helped to co-design the Hills of Headwaters collaborative, a first-generation Ontario Health Team. Prior to that, Stacey was the CEO of the Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre, recognized for its groundbreaking work in home and community care.

A lifelong Bay of Quinte resident, Tyler Allsopp was elected as Bay of Quinte MPP in a by-election Sept. 19, 2024 and re-elected in a general election Feb. 27, 2025.
He currently serves as the Parliamentary Assistant to Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade Victor Fedeli. His portfolio includes a focus on life sciences, innovation, and emerging technologies.
Prior to running provincially, Allsopp served as councillor in the City of Belleville. A Bayside Secondary School alumnus who studied business marketing at St. Lawrence College, Allsopp spent nearly 12 years as a small business owner/operator at Doug’s Bicycle in Belleville.
Allsopp lives in Belleville with his wife Jennifer and their three daughters.
