OMAFRA Data Tools to Support Agriculture Economic Development

Team East, Regional Economic Development Branch, is excited to offer a FREE workshop by Steve Duff, OMAFRA’s Chief Economist. Steve will provide an overview of new OMAFRA data resources, showcasing a suite of tools to support community-driven agriculture economic development and planning. This resource includes updates to the existing Agriculture Profile and Business Profile, with the addition of a Food Expenditure Profile, Food Consumption Profile and Agriculture Census Over Time.

Steve will also provide insights into the Ontario farmland landscape and discuss trends and potential opportunities.

Learn what data is available and how you can use the data to support your agriculture economic development efforts. Bring your questions too.
