MARCH 8-12, 2020 | National Women in Manufacturing Week
4th Annual Women in Manufacturing Success Forum
Help us support and encourage more women to pursue careers in manufacturing!
CME’s Women in Manufacturing Success Forum brings together more than 200 industry representatives and stakeholders to help define strategies to support and increase the number of women in manufacturing.
With your help, we had helped raise the total number of jobs held by women in manufacturing by 36,000, moving a number that remained static for decades. COVID-19 caused unprecedented layoffs, causing 59,500 women to be impacted. To recoup these losses, we need to double down on our efforts. CME’s National Women in Manufacturing Week will focus on how we engage and inspire young women to consider careers in manufacturing, help manufacturers attract and retain women in their workplaces, and empower, support, and accelerate women in the industry.
For the first time, CME’s celebration of Women in Manufacturing (WiM) will take place virtually over the course of a week.
Join us each day from 11 am EST – 1 pm EST to learn from thought leaders in manufacturing, attend engaging panel discussions, view plant tours and, be inspired by the stories of women in industry.
Help CME increase the number of women in manufacturing by 100,000 in 5 years. Together, We Can Do It!
