9:00am to 10:00am – Module 1 – The Big Picture
• Building Your Foundation- Understanding and structuring your business for your market and your business goals.
10:15am to 11:15am – Module 2 – What’s Happening
• Utilizing the knowledge and experience gained from the past year to establish a strong strategy and a clear action plan to achieve the company’s goals.

11:30am to 12:30pm – Module 3 – Goal Clarity
• Create a picture of the future business three years out, then with more detail, determine what you will need to do in the upcoming one year to stay on track to reach that 3 Year goal.

12:45pm to 1:45pm – Module 4 – Tracking and Accountability
• Lay out your annual plan and priorities into four quarterly segments, establish a meeting rhythm to review progress and keep score.
By planning your work, working your plan, and focusing your time effectively to gain traction, you will stop spinning your wheels and create a solid foundation that combines your vison, market, goals, and action items.
Learn to set, track and attain long-term goals by breaking down the action steps required, and documenting them into a written plan. Follow your plan and track progress with a tracking sheet for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual traction.

Your Outcome:
After completing this workshop and the homework, you will have a completed workbook that organizes your goals for growth in the upcoming year, which align with your 3, 5 and10 year targets. You will also have an action plan to track your goals and measure your success.

The Eastern Ontario Innovation Information Forum (IIF) is a half-day event hosted by Procurement Assistance Canada-Ontario Region (formerly the Office of Small & Medium Enterprises) and network partners, including the Quinte Economic Development Commission (QEDC), to support the innovation and economic development growth of businesses across Ontario.

The objective of the Eastern Ontario IIF is raise awareness of how to do business with the Government of Canada, as well as inform on available funding programs and services for small and medium enterprises, innovators and start-ups. Leadercast 2021 Shift is coming to Quinte West! The world is changing. Are you?

Leadercast is the largest one-day leadership training event in the world. This year the City of Quinte West is bringing Leadercast 2021 to Quinte West through a series of virtual videos.

The Leadercast 2021 – Shift is a series of three (3) individual pre-recorded speakers each week, scheduled over four (4) weeks commencing on Monday, September 13, 2021. Each series will be available for viewing over a five day period (Monday through Friday). Once registered you will receive a link each Monday (starting September 13th) over the four (4) weeks of the event and each series will include three (3) speakers.
