Get tips on how to create a flexible workspace from 2 speakers. Our first speaker, Tony Pilon from the TR Group will focus on the HR considerations of creating a flexible workplace including flex hours, job sharing, part-time or remote work etc. Really trying to get employers to consider the benefits to them of being more flexible with their staff to help with the attraction and retention of workers. Our second speaker, Remco deGooyer, Digital Underground will talk about the technical considerations of creating a flexible workplace and the software/hardware needed to do it well such as file sharing, cloud storage, teams, google docs, Dropbox etc.
